We believe that great content should be available to everyone.
What we are about
Content marketing should be an essential strategy for any real estate business. However, creating quality content consistently is difficult, expensive and time-consuming.
As a writer or journalist it is getting harder to make a living with the price for content being pushed down, the steady decline in printed magazines, and the demand for blog style filler style content on the rise.
We wanted to offer businesses and professional writers an alternative. That’s where Partica comes in – a marketplace where writers can sell content they have already written, over and over.
The result – top quality affordable content for business and decent money for writers as their content gets sold many times over.
How we started
Partica is the dream child of Richard Lindley, the CEO and Founder of Realview Digital Technologies. Over 20 years ago, Richard saw the publishing world start to change. The digital world was growing and affecting how people were consuming media.
Traditional print publishers were finding a new digital audience, which meant publishers and writers could reach a much wider audience than just their local readers through the distribution footprint of the local paper.
Realview Digital was the first digital publishing business to take the printed page and turn it into an online flipbook. Not surprisingly, well respected founding clients such as National Geographic and The Atlantic knew their publications would benefit from having an international audience through an online presence.
Partica, or “part of an article” became the number 1 place where publishers, journalists and writers could connect their content with businesses looking for professionally written content.
Partica is a marketplace of high quality, low cost content. Any business could now search 1000s of articles to use in their emails, website blogs, local newsletters as well as their social media marketing.
The unique ability for Partica content to be edited and used again and again, means that each version of the final article can be as unique as the business who uses it.
